International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Furthermore, Heavenly Couture and Getheavenly.com is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return shipping charges that may be incurred by Heavenly Couture. When the return merchandise is received by Heavenly Couture, your credit card account will be credited for the merchandise less all shipping charges.
