Exchange Policy

Getheavenly.com gladly accepts the exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased from Getheavenly.com with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 15 days from the shipped date (online purchases only) made through www.getheavenly.com. Full-priced merchandise exchanges are allowed only one exchange per transaction.

Note that all sales are final for the following items: swimwear, shoes, intimates, and items on special. These items may not be returned or exchange.

Making an Exchange

Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.

If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status. Available in stock items will be shipped within approximately 48 hours to the shipping address on your invoice at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new item(s) and process your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.

Items that may NOT be exchanged considered a Final Sale Item Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Accessories, Jewelry, Innerwear, Intimates, and items marked Sale Items, these items cannot be returned for exchange, or credit.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All items must be returned in its original condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Complete an RMA form.
  3. Before sending your exchange shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address ( unless your packing slip directs otherwise).

  • All return packages must be returned pre-paid: we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return or any insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • Items purchased from Heavenly Couture retail store cannot be returned by mail to our online store.

Return Policy

Heavenly Couture only offers first quality merchandise. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. We take pride in our inspection process and do our best to ensure that all orders are correct and that all merchandise is free of defects.

In order to maintain our LOW costs, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with an item you may exchange it following our return policy.
