Where is your corporate office located?

Our company is headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA. We also have store locations in Laguna Beach, Belmont Shore, District at Tustin, and the City of Orange.

Does Heavenly Couture offer its store locations as franchises?

Heavenly Couture is a corporation that does not offer franchising opportunities at the time. All the existing stores are company owned. However, if you are interested, you may email us at service@getheavenly.com. At any time Heavenly Couture changes its position on franchising, we will contact you at the appropriate time.

Do you have a catalog?

Because Heavenly Couture specializes in offering fashionable, trendy, and in-season merchandise all at one low cost, our merchandise sells very quickly. Therefore, we are unable to offer a catalog because of our continually changing stock.

How is it that everything is one price and you save up to 85% off?

Most of the clothes that are available on the site are well known brands available at major department stores and boutiques. We offer all this directly to our customers all at one flat rate. This makes shopping easier for you as the customer because we pass the savings directly to you.

Heavenly Couture searches for the best quality clothes throughout Northern America and brings them at a savings up to 85% to our customers. We buy Tens-of-Thousands of units of clothes which enable us the ability to pass the savings directly to our customers.

Are the clothes brand new and first quality?

Heavenly Couture ONLY purchases 1st quality merchandise. We DO NOT purchase manufacturer dumps, 2nd quality clothes, or defected merchandise. All the merchandise that are available on our site and our store locations are all 1st quality.

Are the clothes Heavenly Couture brands?

Heavenly Couture specializes in purchasing well known brands that are often found in the major department stores and boutiques in the United States. Customers, many times, will find their merchandise arriving with original suggested retail tags well above the price he or she paid. In order to protect the branded merchandise that we offer and to maintain the relationship we have with the brands, we do not and will not advertise the brand names.

Are other sizes available? Will you get more of a style?

Only the sizes listed are available for purchase. If you do not see a size or a style this means that it is sold out. The inventory on our website is updated to the minute. This means that when a customer orders the last of a style or size it is immediately removed from the website and once a size or style sells out it is no longer available to other customers. Some items sell out within days and we cannot guarantee that an item you see today will still be here tomorrow. Our items are available only in very limited quantities and some of the most limited styles and sizes sell out within days.

How do I place an order?

You may order online or by phone. Ordering online is much faster and easier. We recommend ordering online so that you may actually view your orders in our easy checkout process. To order online, simply add your items to the cart and follow the easy instructions to checkout.

My credit card is not going through and I cannot place an order. What should I do?

Can I add additional items, combine separate orders, change an order, or cancel an order after it has been placed?

After an order has been placed, additional items cannot be added. If you need additional items, you would need to place a new (separate) order and separate shipping charges would apply.

We cannot combine separate orders and separate shipping charges will apply to all orders placed separately. We can only cancel an order if the order has not been processed or packaged.

What payment methods does Heavenly Couture accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can use your debit card if it has a Visa or Mastercard logo. We use a secure encrypted server so your information is safe. We ALSO accept payment via Paypal and PaidByCash. Do you charge sales tax?

Heavenly Couture charges sales tax to California residents only. Because Heavenly Couture is based out of Beverly Hills, the Los Angeles sales tax rate will apply to all orders to California residents.

How do your clothes fit?

Our clothing are junior and contemporary clothes. You may find our clothes to be smaller than missy and women�s clothing. When selecting your merchandise, please refer to the size chart to assist you in the merchandise.

What is your return and exchange policy?

In order to maintain our very low prices, we are able to offer Exchanges only. Please refer to the shopping policy for further details.

How do I exchange my merchandise?

If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please email us at service@getheavenly.com and provide us with the styles you would like to exchange and for which items. Heavenly Couture will then process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form so that you may include that in your package.

Where do I ship my exchanges?

Upon receipt of the RMA form, please ship to our shipping warehouse. Our Corporate Office in Beverly Hills is unable to accept any merchandise because our warehouse is located in Walnut, CA.
